HI EVERYONE!!!
if you like feeling your name is so crap like >.< i really wanna change it!! then its kinda annoying to go around and shout for scroll of name change in like one week so it would be really nice if u put scroll of name change and scroll of name change in the blue chips exchanger. and price would be around 1000-2000 blue chips

The reason why we didn't put Scroll of Change Name in some of the NPC's is to avoid changing name spam, that might cause dizzyness of some staffs / players in game about the original names of the characters. But this suggestion has a bit point yet only RoB143 can implement this in game.
