So. I made a new character in this game and spent a few hours leveling it. I got it to level 131 as a Seraph. And when I log in today, my character is level 1.
Not so bad, I can level it quickly. But EVERYTHING was gone. My gear, my drops, my penya, everything! I want to know if you can fix this. I want to know what happened, and how I can prevent it from happening again.
