game crashes after selecting server

after i log in, and choose a server, the game closes it self. now why is that? i tried putting the saintflyff.exe on the exemption list of my anti virus and firewall and still it still closes.

try to disable your anti virus. If you are using AVG kindly use the game mode option. Also try disabling your firewall. If still not working kindly post again
